Happy Christmas to all who celebrate! We are preparing for the arrival of my parents from London (P will go collect them at JFK). Once they arrive, we'll exchange prezzies and feast on the turkey that is brining as I type. There will also be smashies, couscous with my homemade pesto, roasted brussels sprouts, and carrots roasted in the turkey pan. There will also be wine. *hic* Oh yes, and crème brûlée. If I think of it, I'll take a pic or two.

We may have to lock the cats in the den--mostly because my parents are terribly allergic (yes, I know the dander is the main problem, that's why I spent the past two and a half days cleaning), not just because, to quote one of you, they're 'little furry sharks'.
