No, no I didn't. It was either Patrick or Teresa who posted it in one of their blogs sometime during those first few days. I've been in the towers when they were floating in clouds like that, but never saw them from above except when the sky was clear. Flying back to the city has never been the same...
A beautiful pic, thanks for sharing. I know I'm not alone in feeling that the NYC skyline always feels lacking now.
During my first visit to NYC oh so many years ago, we stood in line for a little while, waiting to go up to the top of one of the towers, but it was taking so long that I decided I'd skip it, saying "I've been to the top of the Sears Tower in Chicago." I never regretted that decision until after 9/11.
