First blueberries!

Just picked these blueberries from the bushes in our garden yesterday morning. Yummy! I wonder where the catbirds all went; usually they beat us to it.

Blueberries are one of the joys of life. They taste wonderful, they grow locally, they are yummy in handfuls or in fruit salad or in baking, and they are awfully good for you. Huzzah!
